For Everyone

Spark inspiration, cultivate your curiosity, and open yourself to new multidimensional perspectives at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts. Through programs designed with all audiences in mind, you can engage with renowned artists, performers, scholars, and critics through artist talks, performances, films, lectures, and more.

Docents

Through an innovative training program and curriculum, AMFA's volunteer docents learn how to orient and engage visitors with the temporary exhibitions, site-specific commissions, and rotations of works of art from the AMFA Foundation’s permanent collection in the newly expanded 20,000-square-feet gallery wing.

Join the Program

The application for AMFA’s volunteer docent program closed on January 8, 2023. Applicants will be contacted with further information via email.
