• Can I have a photo shoot at AMFA?

  Guests are encouraged to take photographs and videos in public spaces for personal, non-commercial use. Flash photography, tripods, selfie sticks, and disruptions to other guests are prohibited. AMFA reserves the right to restrict photography/videography at any time.

  Photo shoots for formal portraits, commissioned photographs, and commercial-use photographs require a permit from AMFA. Please review our Photography Policy and Guidelines for more information.

• Can I bring food or beverages to AMFA?

  We invite you to join us at our restaurant, Park Grill, or in the Cultural Living Room for food or beverages. Outside food and drink (other than water) is not permitted.

  No food or beverages are permitted in the galleries.

• Are pets allowed at AMFA?

  No animals, other than service animals, are allowed in the building.

  “Comfort animals,” “therapy animals,” “companion animals,” or “emotional support animals" are not considered service animals as defined by the ADA as they are not trained to perform a specific task for an individual with a disability.

• Does AMFA have a lost & found?

  If you lose an item during your visit to the Museum, please visit a Guest Services Desk for assistance. If you need help locating a lost item after your visit, please contact Guest Services at 501.372.4000 or connect@arkmfa.org. Found items are held with AMFA Security for 30 days.
