Abstract Clay Sculpture Workshop

Create a unique, free-standing abstract clay sculpture inspired by the artwork on display at AMFA.

Students will view and reference artwork to gather ideas for incorporating form into a sculptural design. Using a special black clay for this project, an expert ceramic artist will lead you through manipulating the clay with slabs to achieve an exciting and complete artwork.

This workshop offers a unique opportunity to draw inspiration from a rich collection while learning about and developing your ceramic techniques.
