Frank Ocampo

Frank Ocampo joined the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts in 2025 as the Director of Facilities. He brings over 20 years of experience managing various facilities in the municipal, non-profit, and higher education fields.

After graduating from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree, he spent 17 years in municipal parks & recreation in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Ocampo then strictly focused his career on facility and capital project management, with roles as the Director of Facilities for the Tarrant Area Food Bank and the Senior Project Manager of Capital Improvements for Tarrant County College.

In his current role, Ocampo oversees the daily maintenance of the Museum and grounds, along with any capital projects necessary to protect the Museum’s future. His team directly supports special events and programs, and Ocampo is responsible for managing budgets, coordinating repairs and renovations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and developing long-term maintenance plans.
