The Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts welcomes individuals and families to consider a legacy gift to the Museum. Donors who choose this form of support are recognized as members of the Townsend Wolfe Society.

The Townsend Wolfe Society is named in honor of longtime executive director and chief curator, Townsend Wolfe, who served the Arkansas Arts Center from 1968–2002. Wolfe’s vision and leadership were instrumental in building the collection, reputation, and growth of the institution, and his influence remains strong to this day.

Like Wolfe, members impact the work of AMFA and support the arts in Arkansas for generations to come. AMFA accepts a variety of legacy gifts, from bequests and beneficiary designations on retirement accounts and life insurance, to charitable gift annuities and charitable trusts.

Additionally, the Townsend Wolfe Society does not involve dues or solicitations, but it does allow AMFA to thank and recognize new members annually. We welcome the opportunity to work with you to create a plan to help realize your family’s needs and philanthropic intentions.
