Walton Foundation. \nThe Windgate Art School is generously supported by the Windgate Foundation with additional support from Sherry Worthen in memory of George Worthen. \nWindgate Art School’s Reduced Tuition Program is supported in part by Michael Laughter. DESCRIPTION:Start your weekend with free art-making fun for all ages and skill levels in AMFA’s Windgate Art School! \nInspired by Alice Adair’s work on view in  Studio Time + Studio Practice\, this Creative Saturdays activity invites you to explore the art of fabric collage. \nDive into texture\, pattern\, and layering to create your own unique fabric composition using Adair’s innovative techniques and expressive designs as a guide. \nFor preschool-aged children\, do not miss Art Start at 10:30 a.m. in the Amerine/Calhoun Glass Box. There will be a live reading of Hot Dog by Doug Salati\, play time with AMFA’s resident pink puppet dog Flurffy\, and an animal art-making activity. \n\nCreative Saturdays with Art Start is supported in part by the Alice L.
