SUMMARY:Tapestry Weaving Workshop (SOLD OUT)
DESCRIPTION:Explore the art of tapestry and weave a simple and colorful pattern to adorn the lid of a small\, wooden keepsake box. Learn to set up a loom and practice the process of warping. \nThis is a fantastic workshop for those looking to try their hand at weaving and walk away with a handcrafted object. No prior weaving experience is necessary. \n\nThe Windgate Art School is generously supported by the Windgate Foundation with additional support from Sherry Worthen in memory of George Worthen. \nThe Windgate Art School’s Reduced Tuition Program is supported by Michael Laughter. Reduced tuition is automatically applied to all classes through 2026. \nArtwork by Carolyn Furnish.
